How does Li Ding Rewards program work?

By creating an account with Li Ding, you will automatically be enrolled for a free membership with a free apple for your first-time purchase, and a 30% promo code for fresh juices.
How do I place an order and proceed with payment?
1. Select your desire items and the amount of quantity you wish to purchase, then add to cart
2. Proceed with the delivery option for your delivery area
3. Review your order by clicking "view cart," the shopping bag icon at the top right corner to ensure the order item and quantity is correct
4. You can insert notes at the checkout page if it is needed
5. Proceed with the "place order" option after filling in the shipping details, delivery method, and payment details for payment done via Credit card/Debit card using PayPal gateway upon finalizing your order.

I have changed my mind regarding the items that I have purchased. Can I still cancel or modify the order?
Yes, you may contact us immediately at +60 (19) 5401434 for any changes on your order for free of charge before the next day by 9 AM, provided the delivery has not been shipped. Any cancellation of orders after the delivery, 20% charges will be imposed for that order before refunding the remaining balance.
What are the delivery coverage area and schedules? How much is the fee?
We provide free hand delivery to residents of Georgetown and Tanjung Tokong. If you are not in these areas, do not worry! Li Ding's team got you covered. We still provide delivery outside of the covered area with additional surcharge for Gelugor, Paya Terubong, Tanjung Bungah, Batu Ferringhi at RM4, and Sungai Ara, Bayan Lepas, and Sungai Nibong for a flat rate of RM6.80 with minimum spending of RM 60.

How do I know when my order is arriving between the delivery time?
Our delivery team will send you a short message or give you a call 20 minutes before they arrived at the destination to ensure there is someone present to collect the order.
Will my fruits and vegetables still be fresh upon receiving it?
Yes, to ensure your vegetables are fresh, we use cold or ice packs during the delivery period. We make sure every vegetable and fruit that you received melt your hearts and meet your satisfaction. Our goal is to provide the finest ingredients and products to your doorstep at a sustainable price that brings the highest satisfaction to both consumers and the food and beverage industry.
I just realized that some of the items are missing, what should I do?
We sincerely apologize for this incident. During the COVID-19 period, online orders are overwhelming, and mistakes may bound to happen. To best serve both parties' interests, every order will be signed by the receiver to ensure the products have no error. Any missing items before the signatory during the handover process, we will be happy to honor the missing items in your next following order. However, if it is after the confirmation and signatory process, there will be no replacement for the missing items.
What if the items that I have chosen is sold out?
We will get your approval to replace it with similar value items. If not, we will refund you the sold-out items and proceed with the delivery according to your order list.
I live outside of your covered area, but I still want to place an order. What should I do?

Does Li Ding give back to the community?
Yes, every purchase you have done will indirectly help the elderly, orphans, and frontliners, and patients who are battling the COVID-19. We use part of your spending to give out free fruits, and masks to support the community.
